摘  要:焦炉直行温度是确保焦炭成熟的重要温度参数之一,传统人工红外线测温方式,不能实现焦炉直行温度智能化管控要求。移动式热成像自动测直行温度技术是将热成像测温装置安装在炉顶装煤车上,通过车辆移动,测量直行立火道内“灯头砖+鼻梁砖平面”区域内最高温度点,按“快捷开盖+自动测温+自动关盖”程序,并利用温度软件及数据传输系统,实现直行温度自动测量,报表分析等。移动式热成像测温数据较焦炉标准温度高6~11℃,较人工测温高2~5℃,吨焦降能耗0.03 GJ,年节约煤气消耗4.4万GJ。The straight line temperature of coke oven is one of the important temperature parameters to ensure the maturity of coke.The traditional artificial infrared temperature measurement method cannot realize the intelligent control of the straight line temperature of coke oven.portable thermal imaging automatic straight temperature measurement technology is thermal imaging temperature measuring device is installed on the top coal car,through the vehicle movement,measure straight in vertical"burner brick+flat nose brick"the highest temperature area,according to the"quick open cover,automatic temperature measurement and automatic close cover"program,and use the software and temperature data transmission system,implementation way of automatic temperature measurement,Report analysis,etc.The portable thermal imaging temperature measurement data is 6~11℃ higher than the standard temperature of coke oven and 2~5℃ higher than the manual temperature measurement.The energy consumption of ton coke drop is 0.03 gj,and the annual gas consumption is saved 44,000 GJ.
