唑虫酰胺·氰氟虫腙高效液相色谱法分析

摘　　要：本文介绍了使用C_(18)色谱柱,乙腈/0.1%磷酸水溶液=80/20(V/V)为流动相,二极管阵列检测器,波长280nm,对唑虫酰胺和氰氟虫腙进行同时测定,分析结果表明:唑虫酰胺的线性相关系数为0.9995,变异系数为0.65%,平均回收率为99.16%;氰氟虫腙的线性相关系数为0.9990,变异系数为0.23%,平均回收率为98.76%。This paper describes a method for the simultaneous determination of Tolfenpyrad and Metaflumizone using C_(18) column,the mixture of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution with the ratio of 80/20(V/V)as mobile phase,diode array detector at the wavelength of 280nm.The analysis results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 0.9995 and 0.9990,the variation coefficient of 0.65% and 0.23%,and the average recovery rate of 98.86% and 98.78 was obtained for Tolfenpyrad and Metamizone,respectively.
