摘 要:为提高带芯立体织物的织造效率,在分析现有立体织机织造技术缺点的基础上,设计了一种新型的五剑杆引纬工艺。对五剑杆引纬过程的纬纱进行分析和计算,得出多层纬纱张力不均;针对五层纬纱张力不均,基于动摩擦力一致性设计了一套新型共轭凸轮摆杆组合式张力补偿机构,运用Voigt模型建立了摆杆摆角与纬纱张力的数学模型并通过Matlab进行仿真,基于Adams平台模拟共轭凸轮与滚子接触碰撞并进行了运动学仿真。结果表明:五剑杆引纬效率是单剑杆引纬效率的5倍,该张力补偿机构在补偿过程中摆杆运动平稳,从而纬纱张力变化平稳且无波动,此机构能够实现初始张力不同的多层纬纱在凸轮转动50°后其张力达到并稳定在6 N。In order to improve the weaving efficiency of three-dimensional fabric with core,a new five-rapier weft insertion technology was designed on the basis of analyzing the disadvantages of the existing three-dimensional weaving technology.Analyzing and calculating the weft in the process of five rapier filling insertion,it is found that the tension of multilayer weft yarn is not uniform.For the uneven tension of the five layers weft yarn,based on the consistency of dynamic friction,a new set of conjugate cam pendulum rod combined-type tension compensation mechanism is designed.The mathematical model of the swing angle of the pendulum and the tension of the weft yarn is established.The results show that the filling insertion efficiency of the five-rapier is five times that of the single-rapier.The tension compensation mechanism can realize the multi-layer filling yarn with different initial tension without fluctuation,and the tension can reach and be stabilized at 6 N after the cam rotates 50°.
