摘  要:为揭示叶顶间隙对螺旋轴流式混输泵主流道内空化特性的影响,基于Rayleigh-Plesset方程的Zwart-Gerber-Belamri空化模型,采用SST k-ω湍流模型在不同空化阶段下对螺旋轴流式混输泵主流道内的空化特性进行研究,通过考虑叶顶间隙更为精准地揭示螺旋轴流式混输泵主流道的空化情况。结果表明:在叶顶处,除了流道内出现低压区和空泡外,在叶片吸力面表面也出现低压区和空泡分布;在临界空化阶段,叶轮进口以及叶片进口叶顶间隙处存在微弱的空泡分布;随着空化的发展,到断裂空化阶段,空泡分布区域由叶片压力面移动到叶片吸力面,说明叶顶间隙对混输泵主流道内的空化性能产生较大的影响。本文的研究结果可为螺旋轴流式混输泵空化性能的改善提供工程参考。In order to reveal the effect of the tip clearance on the cavitation characteristics in the main flow passage of the helical axial multiphase pump,this paper uses the Zwart-Gerber-Belamri cavitation model based on the Rayleigh-Plesset equation,and uses the SST k-ωturbulence model in different cavitation stages.The cavitation characteristics in the main flow passage of the helical axial multiphase pump are studied,and the cavitation in the main flow passage of the helical axial multiphase pump is more accurately revealed by considering the tip clearance.The results show that at the tip of the blade,in addition to the low pressure area and cavitation in the flow passage,there are also low pressure areas and cavitation distribution on the suction surface of the blade.In the critical cavitation stage,there is a weak cavitation distribu-tion in the gap between the impeller inlet and the blade inlet tip clearance;with the development of cavita-tion,to the fracture cavitation stage,the cavitation distribution area moves from the blade pressure surface to the blade suction surface.It shows that the tip clearance has a great influence on the cavitation perform-ance in the main flow passage of the helical axial multiphase pump.The research results can provide a en-gineering reference for the improvement of the cavitation performance of the helical axial multiphase pump.
