摘　　要：针对三维设计软件不能精确测量零件毛坯尺寸或可测量但不能批量自动导出测量结果的问题,提出一种自动导出零件毛坯尺寸的方法,采用CATIA二次开发技术,使用VB语言编制程序,快速、批量、自动地测量文件夹中所有零件的毛坯尺寸,并将结果导出至Excel表中,还介绍了程序设计原理和主要步骤,并给出了部分关键代码,最后以1个模具组件为例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。Aiming at the problem that 3D design software can not accurately measure the blank size of parts or automatically export the measurement results in batches,a method of automatic exporting parts blank dimensions was put forward.It used CATIA secondary development technology and VB programming language to measure all parts blank size in the folder quickly,batch,and automatically,and exported the results to Excel.The principle and main steps of program design were introduced,and some key codes were given.Finally,a mould component was taken as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
