摘　　要：对充氧过滤器中帽形过滤网和帽盖的结构和材料进行分析,采用成形切边模成形帽形过滤网,采用复合拉深模成形帽盖,最后通过收口模和成形模将帽形过滤网、平面过滤网和帽盖组合成充氧过滤器。经实际验证,生产的充氧过滤器与零件设计一致,表面质量好,形状规则,网格排列整齐,验证了各模具结构和成形工艺的合理性,为同类零件的成形提供参考。The structure and material of cap filter net and cap in oxygenating filter were analyzed,the cap filter was formed by using the forming trimming die,and the cap was formed by using the composite drawing die.Finally,the cap filter,flat filter,and cap were combined into oxygenating filter by using the closing die and forming die.Through practical verification,the produced oxygenating filter was consistent with the design of the part,and the surface quality was high,the shape was regular,and the neat grid arrangement was in alignment,which verified the rationality of the die structure and forming process,and provided technical reference for the forming of similar parts.
