摘  要:针对铲车气门罩的抽芯脱模需要,定模侧设计了3个直线抽芯滑块用于水平侧孔的脱模和1个斜向抽芯滑块用于斜孔的脱模,动模侧使用了5个斜顶机构用于倒扣的脱模和1个斜向抽芯滑块用于斜孔的脱模。斜抽芯机构和水平抽芯机构使用T形槽锁紧块进行开模方向的直线型驱动,能有效简化模具结构,节省模架空间,减少模具制造成本。Aiming at the core pulling demoulding needs for the forklift valve cover,in the fixed half of mould,three linear core pulling sliders were designed for demoulding the horizontal side hole,and an inclined core pulling slider was designed for demoulding the inclined hole.In the moving half of mould,five angle ejector rod mechanisms were used for inverted demoulding,and an inclined core pulling slider was used for demoulding the inclined hole.The T-locking pieces were used in inclined core pulling mechanism and horizontal core pulling mechanism to drive in the straight line at the opening direction of mould,which could effectively simplify the mould structure,and save the mould frame space.
