摘　　要：以台扇支架为例,介绍小家电外观件的注射模设计,分别从塑件导入分析、模具分型面设计、浇注系统设计、成型滑块设计、模具动作原理进行阐述。经实际生产验证,模具运行稳定,生产的塑件达到了使用要求,可为类似塑件的模具设计提供参考。Taking the table fan support as an example,the injection mould design of the appearance parts of small household appliances was introduced.The import analysis of plastic parts,mould parting level design,pouring system design,moulding slider design,and the action principle of mould were expounded.Actual production proved that the mould ran stably and the produced plastic parts met the use requirements,which could provide reference for the mould design of similar plastic parts.
