摘  要:安九高铁庐山站是邻近营业线施工的铁路站改项目,设计采用大直径挖孔桩基础,利用挖孔桩护壁作为基坑支护,采用桩柱一体化结构设计。本文阐述大直径挖孔桩在施工场地受限工程中的应用、设计应考虑的要点因素、施工常见问题及处理;对无法进行静载试验的大直径、大吨位桩基(大直径嵌岩桩)可通过验证桩端持力层等措施进行承载力验收。总结大直径挖孔桩桩柱一体化结构设计思路和计算方法,对比分析沉井支护和大直径挖孔桩护壁支护的适用性和经济效益,研究利用挖孔桩护壁作为基坑支护的关键技术措施。Lushan Station of Anqing-Jiujiang High-speed Railway is a railway station renovation project adjacent to existing line.The design adopts large diameter hole-digging pile,uses hole-digging pile wall as foundation pit support,and adopts pile-column integrated structure design.This paper introduces the application of large diameter hole-digging pile in construction site limited project,key factors to be considered in design,common construction problems and treatments.For piles with large diameter and large tonnage(large diameter rock-socketed pile) that cannot be tested under static loading,the bearing capacity can be checked and accepted by verifying the pile tip bearing layer and other measures.The paper summarizes the design idea and calculation method of pile-column integrated structure of large diameter hole-digging pile,compares and analyzes the applicability and economic benefits of caisson support and large diameter hole-digging pile wall support,and studies the key technical measures of using hole-digging pile wall support as foundation pit support.
