摘 要:随宽厚比增大,钢管混凝土管壁易发生局部屈曲,而现有构造措施较为复杂。为简化工艺,提高钢管混凝土柱承载能力,本文以圆钢管和方钢管混凝土柱为例,基于ABAQUS构建有限元模型,对纵凸筋板在钢管混凝土柱中的应用可行性进行研究。首先对有限元模型准确性进行验证,并探讨凸筋间距对不同宽厚比圆钢管、方钢管混凝土柱承载能力的影响,最后计算分析单位用钢量承载力变化情况。结果表明,钢管混凝土柱极限承载力提高5%~8%、变形能力提升10%以上,但单位用钢量承载力变化不大,在-2.9%~0.5%之间变动,究其原因可能为凸筋板起筋高度较低所致。With the increase of the width-to-thickness ratio,the tube wall of concrete-filled steel tube is prone to local buckling,and the existing structural measures are relatively complicated.In order to simplify the process and improve the bearing capacity of the concrete-filled steel tube column,this article took circular and square steel tube concrete column as examples,to investigate the feasibility of the application of longitudinal ribbed plate in the structures by using ABAQUS.After verifying the accuracy of the finite element model,the effect of rib spacing on the bearing capacity of circular and square concrete-filled steel tubes columns with different width-to-thickness ratios was investigated,and the bearing capacity per unit steel consumption was calculated and analyzed.It is concluded that the ultimate bearing capacity has increased by 5%~8%,and the deformation capacity has increased more than 10%.But the bearing capacity per unit steel consumption has not changed much,changed within-2.9%~0.5%,which may be caused by the low height of the ribbed plates.
