摘　　要：1.4药物传输系统在过去几十年,表面活性剂用于构建药物载体或靶向体系一直是药物科学家关注的主要问题[57]。在表面活性剂体系中配制药物配方,其最严重的问题是缺乏合适的、可生物降解的商业表面活性剂。Leonard等对于选定的多糖即右旋糖酐进行化学修饰,通过生成醚键共价连接碳氢基团[58]。疏水改性右旋糖酐被证明是特定的药物输送体系候选项。Applications of surfactants in diverse area are briefly discussed as well as the catalytic effect of micelles in organic reactions from the recent literature survey.The trend of increasing use of biosurfactants in the modern field of research is also considered.The recent progress of surfactant-based organic transformations is reviewed,and the roles of surfactant aggregates in different organic reactions are introduced.
