一款含六胜肽颈霜的功效研究

摘　　要：研究一款含乙酰基六肽-8(以下简称六胜肽)的颈霜保湿、紧致肌肤、淡化颈纹、提亮肤色的功效。筛选60例符合标准的人群作为受试对象,对照组和实验组随机抽取,60名受试者作为实验组使用六胜肽颈霜,另外30名受试者作为对照组使用安慰剂颈霜,颈部外涂,每日早晚各涂1次,使用周期为30天。实验前后均使用VISIA面部图像分析仪采集颈部图像,并进行图像分析对照,同时应用无创仪器定量测试颈部角质层水分含量、皮肤弹性、皮肤光泽度。结果表明,六胜肽颈霜可以提高皮肤含水量,提高皮肤弹性及皮肤光泽度,同时减少受试对象的皱纹,并优于对照组(p<0.05)。The efficacy of a neck cream containing acetyl hexapeptide-8(hereinafter referred to as hexapeptide-8)in moisturizing,firming,softening neck lines and brightening skin tone was studied.60 volunteers who met the criteria were selected as subjects,and the control group and the experimental group were randomly selected.30 subjects were treated with hexapeptide-8 neck cream as the experimental group,and the other 30 subjects were treated with placebo neck cream as the control group.The neck creams were applied twice a day(once in the morning and once in the evening)for a period of 30 days.VISIA facial image analyzer was used to collect cervical images before and after the experiment,and the images were analyzed and compared.Non-invasive instruments were also used to quantitatively test the moisture content,skin elasticity and skin glossiness.The results showed that hexapeptide-8 neck cream could improve the skin moisture content,skin elasticity and skin glossiness,and reduce the wrinkles of the subjects,which was better than the control group(P<0.05).
