摘 要:通过对废酸真空蒸发浓缩后再回用进行分析,废酸浓缩方案可行并且经济效益明显。将25%废酸通过转窑尾气预浓缩后,经过蒸汽2段浓缩至55%浓度酸,经熟化冷却结晶后,板框过滤分离出一水硫酸亚铁,制得55%废酸和94.5%浓硫酸搭配用于酸解投料。经酸解试验可得,替代25%废酸可节约94.5%硫酸0.387 t(以1t钛白粉计),以5万t年产规模计,可节约580.5万元。这部分废酸不再进入电石渣中和系统,中和量和红石膏产出量都减少。!Through the analysis of the vacuum evaporation and concentration of the waste acid and reuse,the waste acid concentration scheme is feasible and has obvious economic benefit.After pre-concentration of 25%concentrated waste acid through the tail gas of rotary kiln,the 55%concentrated waste acid is obtained which is concentrated twice by steam.After curing,cooling and crystallization,ferrous sulfate monohydrate is separated by the plate and frame filtration.The mixture of 55%waste acid and 94.5%concentrated sulfuric acid is used for acid hydrolysis feeding.The above concentration scheme can save 94.5%sulfuric acid 0.387 t/(1t titanium dioxide)5.805 million yuan can be saved with an annual capacity of 50000 t.Meanwhile,this part of the concentrated waste acid no longer enters the neutralization system of the calcium carbide slag,more than that,the neutralization amount and the output quantity of red gypsum are reduced.
