人口收缩背景下的意大利乡村分散式酒店发展模式研究——以塞萨尼奥村为例

摘　　要：乡村是具有自然、社会、经济特征的地域综合体,兼具生产、生活、生态、文化等多重功能,是人类活动的重要物质空间。在当前人口收缩背景下,许多乡村都面临人口减少甚至被废弃的困境。本文探讨意大利分散式酒店发展模式在应对人口收缩问题时的实践情况,通过对其经典案例塞萨尼奥村项目进行细致分析,分别从空置建筑的修复更新与再利用、本地特色产品与手工艺培育、区域景观与周边村镇协同发展等方面介绍其经验,旨在为应对我国乡村人口收缩情况提供一定的启示。Village is a regional complex with natural,social and economic characteristics,it has multiple functions such as production,life,ecology,and culture.In the context of the current population shrinkage,many villages are facing the dilemma of population reduction or even abandonment.Therefore,this paper selects the development model of the Italian“Albergo Diffuso”in dealing with the problem of population shrinkage,and conducts a detailed analysis of its classic case,the Santo Stefano di Sessanio,by introducing its experience on restoration and reuse of vacant buildings,cultivation of local special products and handicraft skills,coordinated development of the regional landscape and surrounding villages and towns,aiming to provide enlightenment for coping with the rural population shrinkage in China.
