摘 要:为了研究合金成分对熔炼法制备ODS钢的影响,采用真空吸铸技术制备4种不同铁素体ODS钢.借助金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪和电子探针分析铸锭表层的显微组织、第二相成分与元素分布,利用透射电镜检验铸锭内部是否存在纳米级析出相,采用维氏显微硬度计对铸锭的力学性能进行分析测定.结果表明:熔炼时若采用先将Fe、Cr、O进行熔化,再熔炼Y的方法制备ODS钢,可以引入少量微米级Y_(2)O_(3)颗粒.在此基础上添加一定量的Ti可在一定程度上提高合金的力学性能.添加微量合金元素Si能够有效推迟Y和O发生反应,从而对Y_(2)O_(3)的上浮起到抑制作用.In order to study the effect of alloy composition on the preparation of ODS steels by a smelting method,four different ferritic ODS steels were prepared by a vacuum suction casting technique.Metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,energy disperse spectroscope and electron probe were used to analyze the microstructure,second phase composition and element distribution of surface layer of ingot,transmission electron microscope was used to test whether there were nanoscale precipitates inside the ingot,and Vickers microhardness tester was used to analyze and measure the mechanical properties of ingot.The results show that in the smelting process,a small amount of micron-sized Y_(2)O_(3) particles can be introduced into ODS steel by melting Fe,Cr and O first and then smelting Y.On this basis,adding a certain amount of Ti can improve the mechanical properties of the alloy to a certain extent.The addition of trace alloying element Si can effectively delay the reaction between Y and O,thus inhibiting the floatation of Y_(2)O_(3).
