摘 要:目的分析毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿(Graves病)患者25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]、尿酸与骨代谢指标的变化及相关性。方法选取2017年12月—2020年12月于我院诊治的Graves病96例作为研究组;另选取同期于本院进行体检的健康志愿者75例作为健康组。比较2组25(OH)D、尿酸及骨代谢指标水平,分析25(OH)D、尿酸与骨代谢指标[I型胶原交联羧基末端肽(ICTP)、I型前胶原羧基末端前肽(PICP)、骨钙素(BGP)]的相关性。结果研究组25(OH)D水平低于健康组,而尿酸水平高于健康组(P<0.01);研究组ICTP、PICP、BGP水平均高于健康组(P<0.01);Spearman相关分析显示,25(OH)D与骨代谢指标呈负相关,尿酸与骨代谢指标呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论25(OH)D、尿酸、骨代谢指标在Graves病患者中有着不同的改变,同时25(OH)D、尿酸与骨代谢指标均存在相关性,上述指标可对甲亢性骨质疏松症有一定的提示作用。Objective To analyze the changes and correlations of 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D],uric acid and bone metabolism indexes in patients with toxic diffuse goiter(Graves'disease).Methods In total,96 cases of Graves'disease diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research group.In addition,75 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the healthy group.The levels of 25(OH)D,uric acid and bone metabolism indexes were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between 25(OH)D,uric acid and bone metabolism indexes[type I collagen cross-linked carboxy terminal peptide(ICTP),type I procollagen carboxy terminal propeptide(PICP)and Osteocalcin(BGP)]was analyzed.Results The level of 25(OH)D in the research group was lower than that in the healthy group,while the level of uric acid was higher than that in the healthy group(P<0.01).The levels of ICTP,PICP and BGP in the research group were higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.01).Spearman correlation analysis showed that 25(OH)D was negatively correlated with bone metabolism,and uric acid was positively correlated with bone metabolism(P<0.05).Conclusion 25(OH)D,uric acid,and bone metabolism indexes have different changes in patients with Graves'disease.In the meantime,25(OH)D and uric acid were correlated with bone metabolism indexes.The above indexes may indicate hyperthyroid osteoporosis to some extent.
