摘 要:目的:探讨CT引导下生物胶定位联合单操作孔胸腔镜手术在肺部小结节治疗中的应用。方法:选取2019年2月-2021年7月揭阳市人民医院收治的60例肺部小结节患者。随机将其分为对照组和试验组,各30例。试验组给予CT引导下生物胶定位联合单操作孔胸腔镜手术,对照组给予常规三孔胸腔镜手术。比较两组围手术期指标、术后恢复情况及并发症。结果:试验组术中探查及手术总时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组切口瘢痕长度及住院时间均短于对照组,术后12、36 h VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率(10.00%)低于对照组(13.33%),但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CT引导下生物胶定位联合单操作孔胸腔镜手术治疗肺部小结节,可对结节病灶准确定位,进而缩短手术时间,且手术创伤小,更有助于患者术后快速恢复,值得推广。Objective:To explore the application of CT guided bio gel localization combined with single operation hole thoracoscopy surgery in the treatment of small pulmonary nodules.Method:Sixty patients with small pulmonary nodules admitted to Jieyang People’s Hospital from February 2019 to July 2021 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group.The experimental group was given the CT guided bio gel localization combined with single operation hole thoracoscopy surgery,while the control group was given the conventional three-hole thoracoscopic surgery.The perioperative indexes,postoperative recovery condition and complications of the two groups were compared.Result:The intraoperative exploration time and total time of surgery in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The length of incision scar and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the VAS scores at 12 and 36 h after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group(10.00%)was lower than that in the control group(13.33%),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:CT guided bio gel localization combined with single operation hole thoracoscopy surgery in the treatment of small pulmonary nodules can accurately locate the focus of the nodules,thus shortening the surgery time,and the surgery trauma is small,which is more conducive to the rapid recovery of patients after surgery.It is worth popularizing.
