摘 要:目的:探讨全程督导健康教育模式对消化性溃疡并发出血患者的影响。方法:选取山东省泰山医院2019年1月-2020年6月收治的96例消化性溃疡并发出血患者。按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予全程督导健康教育模式。比较两组护理前及护理2个月后心理状态、自护能力、生活质量及治疗依从性和护理满意度。结果:护理2个月后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),健康知识水平、自护概念、自护责任感、自护技能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),社会功能、躯体功能、情绪功能、物质功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总依从性和护理总满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对消化性溃疡并发出血患者应用全程督导健康教育模式可有效改善患者心理状态和生活质量,提高治疗效果。Objective:To explore the effect of whole process supervision health education model on patients with peptic ulcer complicated with bleeding.Method:A total of 96 patients with peptic ulcer complicated with bleeding were selected from Shandong Provincial Taishan Hospital from January 2019 to June 2020.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given the whole process supervision health education model.The mental status,self-care ability,quality of life before and after 2 months of nursing,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After 2 months of nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the scores of health knowledge level,self-care concept,self-care responsibility and self-care skills were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of social function,physical function,emotional function and material function were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total treatment compliance and total nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of whole process supervision health education model in patients with peptic ulcer complicated with bleeding can effectively improve the psychological state and quality of life of patients and improve the treatment effect.
