循证护理降低腹主动脉瘤腔内修复术后肺部感染的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理(EBN)降低腹主动脉瘤(AAA)腔内修复术(EVAR)后肺部感染的效果。方法:将广州医科大学附属第三医院血管外科2019年1-12月接收的AAA行腔内修复术患者32例作为对照组;2020年1-12月接收的AAA行腔内修复术患者36例作为研究组;对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施EBN,对比两组患者的肺部感染、肺不张及排痰效果。结果:研究组术后肺部感染发生率低于对照组(2.78%vs 21.88%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的排痰效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理在腹主动脉瘤腔内修复术患者应用可有效降低肺部感染发生率,促进痰液排出。Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing(EBN)in reducing lung infection after abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA)endovascular repair(EVAR).Method:Thirty-two patients with AAA undergoing endovascular repair accepted by the Department of Vascular Surgery of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January to December 2019 were served as the control group,36 patients with AAA undergoing endovascular repair received from January to December 2020 served were as the study group.The control group was performed routine nursing.The study group were implemented EBN on the basis of the control group.The pulmonary infection,atelectasis,and sputum excretion between the two groups were compared.Result:The incidence of postoperative pulmonary infection of the study group was lower than that of the control group(2.78%vs 21.88%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the sputum excretion effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of evidence-based nursing in patients undergoing endovascular repair of abdominal aortic aneurysm can effectively reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection and promote sputum excretion.
