基于IMB模型的护理模式用于脑垂体瘤患者中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨信息-动机-行为技巧模型(information-motivation-behavior skills model,IMB模型)护理应用于脑垂体瘤患者的效果。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年6月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的脑垂体瘤患者82例。按照入院顺序将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。两组均行经鼻蝶窦入路脑垂体瘤切除术,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予IMB模型护理。比较两组护理3个月后疾病知识掌握度,护理前、护理3个月后自护能力、生活质量,并发症。结果:观察组疾病知识总掌握度为95.12%,明显高于对照组的73.17%(P<0.05)。护理3个月后,观察组健康知识水平、自我责任感、自我概念、自我护理技能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理3个月后,观察组躯体功能、情绪功能、角色功能、认知功能、社会功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:IMB模型护理应用于脑垂体瘤患者,可提高其疾病知识掌握度,增强自护能力,降低并发症发生率,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of information-motivation-behavior skills model(IMB model)nursing in the application of patients with pituitary tumors.Method:A total of 82 patients with pituitary adenoma admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from March 2020 to June 2021 were selected.According to the order of admission,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups underwent pituitary adenoma resection via nasal transsphenoidal approach.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given IMB model nursing on the basis of the control group.The mastery of disease knowledge after 3 months of nursing,self-care ability,quality of life before and after 3 months of nursing and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The total mastery of disease knowledge in the observation group was 95.12%,which was significantly higher than 73.17%in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the scores of health knowledge level,self responsibility,self-concept and self nursing skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the scores of physical function,emotional function,role function,cognitive function and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of IMB model nursing in patients with pituitary adenoma can improve their mastery of disease knowledge,enhance their self-care ability,reduce the incidence of complications and improve their quality of life.
