清利活血解毒汤对湿热蕴结型痛风患者临床效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究清利活血解毒汤对湿热蕴结型痛风患者临床效果的影响。方法:纳入孝感市中医医院2018年9月-2020年5月收治的90例湿热蕴结型痛风患者,应用随机数字表法分为研究组(n=45)及对照组(n=45)。对照组行西医治疗,研究组联合清利活血解毒汤治疗,两组均连续治疗14 d,并随访6个月。对比两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、关节肿胀及压痛评分、血尿酸水平,以及复发率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后中医症候积分、关节肿胀及压痛评分、血尿酸水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组复发率为4.65%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清利活血解毒汤在湿热蕴结型痛风患者治疗中获得确切效果,患者各临床症状、血尿酸水平均得到有效改善,关节肿胀及压痛均好转,并可降低复发率低,利于预后,值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Qingli Huoxue Jiedu Decoction in patients with gout of damp-heat accumulation type.Method:A total of 90 patients with damp-heat accumulation gout who were admitted to Xiaogan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2018 to May 2020 were enrolled.They were divided into study group(n=45)and control group(n=45)by random number table method.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the study group was treated with Qingli Huoxue Jiedu Decoction.Both groups received continuous treatment for 14 days and were followed up for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,joint swelling and tenderness score,blood uric acid level,and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.56%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,joint swelling and tenderness,and blood uric acid levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the study group was 4.65%,which was lower than 25.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingli Huoxue Jiedu Decoction has a definite effect in the treatment of patients with damp-heat accumulating gout.The clinical symptoms and blood uric acid level of the patients are effectively improved,joint swelling and tenderness are improved,and the recurrence rate is low,which is beneficial to the prognosis and is worth promoting.
