度普利尤单抗治疗特应性皮炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探究度普利尤单抗治疗特应性皮炎的临床效果。方法:选择2020年8月-2021年3月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的100例中重度成人特应性皮炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组50例患者采用常规药物(口服依巴斯汀片+外用地奈德乳膏)治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用度普利尤单抗治疗,两组均持续治疗16周。比较两组治疗总有效率、症状缓解时间及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组皮损、瘙痒症状缓解时间显著早于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访4个月,治疗组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:度普利尤单抗治疗中重度特应性皮炎效果显著,能够快速缓解症状,减少疾病复发,且安全性良好,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Dupilumab in the treatment of atopic dermatitis.Method:A total of 100 patients with moderate and severe adult atopic dermatitis treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from August 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method.A total of 50 patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs(oral Ebastine Tablets and topical Desonide Cream),and the treatment group was treated with Dupilumab on the basis of conventional treatment.The treatment lasted for 16 weeks in both groups.The total effective rate,symptom relief time and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The relief time of skin lesions and pruritus in the treatment group were significantly earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dupilumab is effective in the treatment of moderate and severe atopic dermatitis,it can quickly alleviate symptoms and reduce disease recurrence,and has good safety.It is worthy of popularization and application.
