盆底肌功能训练联合生物反馈电刺激对老年前列腺癌根治术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨盆底肌功能训练联合生物反馈电刺激对老年前列腺癌根治术患者的影响。方法:选取当阳市人民医院2018年1月-2021年1月126例前列腺癌患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组63例。对照组给予常规护理模式干预,研究组在对照组的护理模式上给予盆底肌功能训练联合生物反馈电刺激。比较两组干预后排尿情况,拔尿管后及术后4周尿失禁情况,干预前后生活质量及满意度。结果:干预后,研究组每日排尿次数、漏尿次数、排尿量均少于对照组(P<0.05)。术后4周,两组ICI-Q-SF、Cullen评分均有所下降,且研究组ICI-Q-SF、Cullen评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组I-QOL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总满意度(93.65%)较对照组(73.02%)高(P<0.05)。结论:盆底肌功能训练联合生物反馈电刺激应用于老年前列腺癌根治术患者,可改善患者尿失禁症状,减少患者排尿次数、漏尿次数,有利于患者术后生活质量及满意度的提升,对促进患者术后康复有积极意义。Objective:To explore effect of pelvic floor muscle function training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation on elderly patients undergoing radical prostatectomy.Method:A total of 126 patients with prostate cancer in Dangyang People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into study group and control group according to the random number method,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing model intervention,and the study group was given pelvic floor muscle function training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation on the basis of nursing model of control group.The micturition condition after intervention,urinary incontinence condition after pulling out the catheter and 4 weeks after surgery,quality of life before and after intervention and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After the intervention,the daily micturition times,leakage times and micturition volume of the study group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).Four weeks after operation,the ICI-Q-SF and Cullen scores in the two groups decreased,and the ICI-Q-SF and Cullen scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the I-QOL score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group(93.65%)was higher than that of the control group(73.02%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pelvic floor muscle function training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation applied to elderly patients undergoing radical prostatectomy can improve the symptoms of urinary incontinence,reduce the number of urination and leakage,improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients after operation,and have positive significance in promoting the postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
