链式亲情护理在妊娠期高血压疾病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析链式亲情护理对妊娠期高血压疾病(hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,HDP)患者的影响。方法:回顾性选取2019年1月-2021年6月武汉市武昌区黄鹤楼街社区卫生服务中心重点管理的在三甲医院分娩的90例HDP患者。根据不同的护理方法将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理上给予链式亲情护理。比较两组分娩情况,护理前后心理状态、收缩压与舒张压、生存质量。结果:观察组的早产率、胎儿宫内窘迫发生率、新生儿窒息发生率、产后大出血发生率、剖宫产率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),自然分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组收缩压和舒张压,SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),生理、心理、社会关系、环境评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:链式亲情护理有助于进一步改善HDP患者分娩情况及生存质量,改善其心理健康水平,值得推广使用。Objective:To analyze the effect of chain family affection nursing on patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDP).Method:A total of 90 patients with HDP who gave birth in third-class hospital under key management in the Wuchang District Huanghelou Street Community Healthcare Center in Wuhan from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected retrospectively.According to the different nursing method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given chain family affection nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The delivery situation,psychological state,systolic and diastolic blood pressure and quality of life before and after nursing of the two groups were compared.Result:The preterm birth rate,fetal distress rate,neonatal asphyxia rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate,and cesarean section rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the natural delivery rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of physiology,psychology,social relations and environment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chain family affection nursing is helpful to further improve the delivery situation and quality of life of HDP patients,and improve their mental health level.It is worthy of popularization and use.
