摘　　要：目的:分析鸟巢式护理在蓝光毯治疗新生儿高胆红素血症(NHB)中的应用及对患儿依从性和黄疸指数的影响。方法:选择2018年3月-2021年3月在厦门市儿童医院出生并患有NHB的80例新生儿,按电脑随机法分成常规组和试验组,各40例。两组均采用蓝光毯治疗,常规组使用常规护理,试验组使用鸟巢式护理,护理干预4周后比较两种护理方式对治疗NHB临床效果,以及对患儿依从性和黄疸指数的影响。结果:试验组治疗有效率和患儿依从性均高于常规组(P<0.05),常规组黄疸指数和不良反应发生率均高于试验组(P<0.05)。结论:在NHB的治疗中,鸟巢式护理与常规护理相比,可以更有效地降低患儿体内黄疸指数,提升患儿的依从性,临床效果更显著,值得推广应用。Objective:To analyze the application of bird nest nursing in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia(NHB)with blue blanket and its effect on compliance and jaundice index.Method:A total of 80 newborns born with NHB in Xiamen Children’s Hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the conventional group and the experimental group,with 40 newborns in each group.The two groups were treated with blue carpet,the conventional group was treated with conventional nursing,and the experimental group was treated with bird’s nest nursing.After 4 weeks of nursing intervention,the effect of two nursing methods were compared on the clinical curative effect of NHB treatment,compliance and jaundice index of children of two nursing methods were compared.Result:The treatment efficiency and compliance in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),and the jaundice index and the incidence of adverse reactions in the conventional group were higher than those in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of NHB,compared with conventional nursing,bird’s nest nursing can more effectively reduce the jaundice index in children,improve the compliance of children,and have more significant clinical effects,which is worthy of promotion and application.
