肝复方联合解毒利水方穴位贴敷治疗原发性肝癌合并腹水的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察肝复方联合解毒利水方治疗原发性肝癌合并腹水的临床效果。方法:选取2020年11月1日-2021年11月1日在湖南省中医药研究院附属医院肿瘤科就诊的原发性肝癌合并腹水患者60例,随机将患者分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。对照组予以基础治疗(利尿、补充白蛋白),治疗组给予基础治疗加口服肝复方的中药汤剂、解毒利水方穴位贴敷治疗。观察两组的治疗效果、腹围、24 h尿量、体重、肝功能、中医症候积分、生活质量评分、安全性指标。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,腹围、24 h尿量、体重、肝功能、中医症候评分、生活质量评分等各项指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且各指标均优于治疗前(P<0.05)。在治疗过程中,两组均未出现相关的不良反应。结论:肝复方联合解毒利水方穴位贴敷能够有效治疗原发性肝癌合并腹水,提升治疗效果,缓解患者临床症状,提高生活质量,且安全性良好,具有广泛的临床应用价值。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Liver Compound Prescription combined with Jiedu Lishui Prescription acupoint application in the treatment of primary liver cancer complicated with ascites.Method:Sixty patients with primary liver cancer complicated with ascites in Oncology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 1,2020 to November 1,2021 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment(diuresis,albumin supplement),the treatment group was given basic treatment plus oral Liver Compound Prescription Chinese medicine decoction,Jiedu Lishui Prescription acupoint application treatment.The therapeutic effect,abdominal circumference,24 h urine volume,body weight,liver function,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,quality of life score and safety indexes of the two groups were observed.Result:The total effect rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the indicators such as abdominal circumference,24 h urine volume,body weight,liver function,TCM syndrome score,quality of life score were significant better than those of the control group(P<0.05),all of which were better than those before treatment(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions occurred in two groups during the treatment process.Conclusion:Liver Compound Prescription combined with Jiedu Lishui Prescription acupoint application can effectively treat primary liver cancer complicated with ascites,improve the therapeutic effect,alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life,and has good safety,has a wide range of clinical application value.
