新风胶囊和雷公藤多苷片治疗类风湿关节炎贫血患者的效果对比

摘　　要：目的:探讨新风胶囊和雷公藤多苷片治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)贫血患者的效果。方法:将秦皇岛市中医医院2018年5月-2021年6月收治的51例RA贫血患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组25例给予雷公藤多苷片治疗,观察组26例给予新风胶囊治疗,观察两组患者治疗前及治疗30 d后的铁代谢情况、炎症因子水平、贫血指标。结果:治疗30 d后,观察组血清铁(SI)、总铁结合力(TIBC)高于对照组,血清转铁蛋白(TRF)及铁调素(Hepc)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)低于对照组,但观察组白细胞介素-4(IL-4)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组红细胞比容(HCT)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相较于雷公藤多苷片治疗RA贫血患者,新风胶囊可更好地调节炎症因子水平,改善铁代谢,缓解贫血症状。Objective:To explore the effect of Xinfeng Capsule and Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside Tablets on patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)anemia.Method:A total of 51 patients with RA anemia admitted to Qinhuangdao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2018 to June 2021 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Among them,25 patients in the control group were treated with Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside Tablets,and 26 patients in the observation group were treated with Xinfeng Capsule.The iron metabolism,inflammatory factors and anemia indexes were observed before and 30 days after treatment in two groups.Result:After 30 days of treatment,serum iron(SI)and total iron binding capacity(TIBC)in observation group were higher than those in control group,while serum transferrin(TRF)and hepcidin(Hepc)were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in observation group were lower than those in control group,but the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4)in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The hematocrit volume(HCT),red blood cell count(RBC)and hemoglobin(Hb)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside Tablets in treating RA anemia patients,Xinfeng Capsule can better regulate the level of inflammatory factors,improve iron metabolism and relieve anemia symptoms.
