血清及尿液PIGF在子痫前期患者中的表达及与疾病严重程度和妊娠结局的关系

摘　　要：目的:探究血清及尿液胎盘生长因子(PIGF)在子痫前期患者中的表达及与疾病严重程度及妊娠结局的关系。方法:选取2019年11月-2021年2月浙江萧山医院的80例健康孕妇为A组,80例妊娠期高血压孕妇为B组,80例子痫前期孕妇为C组,进行回顾性分析。比较三组的血清及尿液PIGF表达情况,并比较C组中不同严重程度及妊娠结局者的检测结果,采用Spearman相关性分析血清及尿液PIGF与子痫前期严重程度及妊娠结局的关系。结果:C组的血清及尿液PIGF水平显著低于A组及B组,B组则显著低于A组,C组血清及尿液PIGF异常率显著高于A组及B组,B组则显著高于A组(P<0.05)。C组中不同严重程度及妊娠结局者的血清及尿液PIGF表达情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析显示,血清及尿液PIGF与子痫前期严重程度及妊娠结局均有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:血清及尿液PIGF在子痫前期患者中的表达显著异常,且与疾病严重程度及妊娠结局密切相关,因此在子痫前期患者中的检测价值较高。Objective:To investigate and observe the expression of serum and urine placental growth factor(PIGF)in patients with preeclampsia and relationship with disease severity and pregnancy outcome.Method:A total of 80 healthy pregnant women in Zhejiang Xiaoshan Hospital from November 2019 to February 2021 were chosen as group A,80 patients with gestational hypertension were chosen as the group B,80 patients with preeclampsia were chosen as the group C for retrospective analysis.Then the serum and urine PIGF expression situation of three groups were compared,and the detection results of group C with different disease severity and pregnancy outcome were compared too,then the correlation between serum,urine PIGF and disease severity,pregnancy outcome were analyzed with Spearman correlation analysis.Result:The serum and urine PIGF levels of group C were significantly lower than those of group A and group B,the levels of group B were significantly lower than those of group A,the serum and urine PIGF abnormal rates of group C were significantly higher than those of group A and group B,the abnormal rates of group B were significantly higher than those of group A(P<0.05).And the serum and urine PIGF expression situation of group C with different disease severity and pregnancy outcome were compared,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The Spearman correlation analysis the serum and urine PIGF were closely related to the preeclampsia severity and pregnancy outcome(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of serum and urine PIGF in patients with preeclampsia are significantly abnormal,and they are closely related to the severity of the disease and pregnancy outcome,so the detection value in patients with preeclampsia is higher.
