基于“互联网+”的延续性护理在活血降糖饮治疗T2DM患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于“互联网+”的延续性护理在活血降糖饮治疗的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年1月深圳市中医院治疗的82例T2DM患者为研究对象。随机编号后按照奇偶性原则将其分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41)。两组均采用活血降糖饮治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予基于“互联网+”的延续性护理。比较两组护理前后血糖代谢指标、糖尿病知识和自我管理水平,护理1、3个月后的治疗依从性,护理前、护理3个月后、护理后6个月的生活质量。结果:护理后,观察组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组治疗依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组糖尿病知识、自我管理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理3个月后、护理后6个月,观察组SF-36评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于“互联网+”的延续性护理有助于改善T2DM患者血糖水平,提高患者自我管理水平和生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on“internet+”in the treatment of type 2diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients with Huoxue Jiangtang Decoction.Method:A total of 82 patients with T2DM treated in Shenzhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research object.After random numbering,they were divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41)according to the principle of parity.Both groups were treated with Huoxue Jiangtang Decoction.On this basis,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given continuous nursing based on“internet+”.The blood glucose metabolism indexes,diabetes knowledge and self-management level before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.The treatment compliance after 1 and 3 months of nursing,and the quality of life before nursing,after 3 months of nursing and 6 months after nursing of the two groups were compared.Result:After nursing,the levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the treatment compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of diabetes knowledge and self-management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing and 6 months after nursing,the SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The continuous nursing based on“internet+”can help to improve the blood glucose level,self-management level and quality of life of T2DM patients.
