羟考酮用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术全身麻醉患者临床效果的评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨羟考酮与舒芬太尼分别用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术全身麻醉患者的价值。方法:选取太和皖北医院2019年1月-2021年6月收治的70例全身麻醉腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者,按照随机数表法将所有患者分为观察组35例和对照组35例。观察组采用羟考酮麻醉,对照组采用舒芬太尼麻醉。观察两组患者手术时间和苏醒时间,观察两组患者术后30 min(T;)、4 h(T;)、12 h(T;)VAS疼痛评分及术后不良反应的发生情况。结果:两组手术时间及苏醒时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者在T;、T;时刻的疼痛评分低于T;时刻(P<0.05),与对照组对比,观察组T;、T;、T;时刻的疼痛评分较低(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相比于舒芬太尼,羟考酮在腹腔镜胆囊切除术全身麻醉患者中的镇痛作用显著,缓解患者的手术切口疼痛,还可降低不良反应发生率,安全性高,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。Objective:To evaluate the value of Oxycodone and Sufentanil in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia.Method:A total of 70 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia in Taihe North Anhui Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,all patients were divided into 35 cases in the observation group and 35 cases in the control group.The observation group was anesthetized with Oxycodone and the control group was anesthetized with Sufentanil.The operation time and recovery time,VAS pain score at 30 min(T;),4 h(T;),12 h(T;)after surgery and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were observed between the two groups.Result:There were no differences between the operation time and awakening time of the two groups(P>0.05).The pain scores at T;and T;in the two groups were lower than those at T;(P<0.05).Compared with the patients in the control group,the pain scores at T;,T;and T;in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Sufentanil,Oxycodone has significant analgesic effect in patients undergoing general anesthesia for laparoscopic cholecystectomy.It can also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and has high safety,which is worthy of further application in clinic.
