摘 要:以食品级聚碳酸酯(PC)生产原料和回收的PC饮用水罐粉碎料为研究对象,利用多种测试手段考察了回收料含量对PC材料结构与性能稳定性的影响。首先利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)测试确定了回收料与新料的结构。熔体流动速率(MFR)测试和流变性能测试结果表明,回收料质量分数由0%增至100%时,MFR由7.67 g/10 min增至23.2 g/10 min,最小扭矩由6.2 N·m降至3.2 N·m,回收料的掺杂极大地影响了材料的流动性和加工性能。拉伸性能测试结果表明,回收料的掺杂会使得材料内部产生缺陷,当回收料质量分数仅为20%时,样品的拉伸断裂强度已由63 MPa降为52 MPa。此外,还着重探讨了回收料的掺杂对食品级PC材料的分子量、光学性能、玻璃化转变温度的影响,为PC饮用水罐的质量安全研究、回收再利用及加工工艺提供了理论指导。Taking food grade polycarbonate(PC)production raw materials and recycled PC drinking water tank crushed materials as the research objects,various test methods were used to investigate the influence of different recycled material contents on the structure and performance stability of PC materials.First,the structure of recycled material and new material was determined by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)test.The test results of melt flow rate(MFR)test and rheological properties show that when the content of recycled material increases from 0 wt%to 100 wt%,the MFR increases from 7.67 g/10 min to 23.2 g/10 min,and the minimum torque decreases from 6.2 N·m to 3.2 N·m.The addition greatly affects the flowability and processability of the material.The tensile properties test results show that the doping of recycled material will cause defects in the material.When the amount of recycled material is only 20 wt%,the tensile breaking strength of the sample has been reduced from 63 MPa to 52 MPa.In addition,the influence of the addition of recycled materials on the molecular weight,optical properties and glass transition temperature of food-grade PC materials were investigated.It provides an important theory for the quality and safety research,recycling and processing technology of PC drinking water tanks guide.
