摘  要:通过探讨不同溶剂对聚酰亚胺前驱体分子链结构和薄膜性能的影响,研究低黄度指数且高性能的聚酰亚胺薄膜的制备,以2,2'-双(3,4-二羧酸)六氟丙烷二酐(6FDA)和2,2'-双(三氟甲基)-4,4'-二氨基联苯(TFMB)为反应单体,分别采用三种不同的溶剂:N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc),N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)和γ-丁内酯(GBL),采取两步法制备聚酰亚胺薄膜。通过紫外分光光度计、动态热机械分析仪和万能拉力试验机等手段表征薄膜的光学性能、热性能和力学性能。研究结果表明:当6FDA与TFMB的物质的量之比为1.02∶1时,因为GBL溶剂的密度和沸点更高,反应得到的聚酰胺酸(PAA)分子量更大,排列更加规整,优于DMAc和NMP溶剂。由于含氟结构及溶剂的影响,制备的聚酰亚胺薄膜黄度指数仅为2.7,并且在500 nm处的透过率可达90%左右。玻璃化转变温度达到350℃以上,失重5%时的热分解温度接近500℃,拉伸强度为139.73 MPa,弹性模量为1.72 GPa。The effects of different solvents on the molecular chain structure of polyimide precursors and the properties of polyimide films were studied to prepare polyimide films with low yellowness index and high performance.Polyimide films were prepared by two-step method using 2,2’-bis(3,4-dicarboxylic acid)hexafluoropropane dianhydride(6FDA)and 2,2’-bis(trifluoromethyl)-4,4-diaminobiphenyl(TFMB)as reaction monomers,using three different solvents:N-dimethylacetamide(DMAc),N-methylpyrrolidone(NMP)andγ-butyrolactone(GBL).The optical,thermal and mechanical properties of the films were characterized by uv spectrophotometer,dynamic mechanical analyzer and universal tensile testing machine.The results show that the polyamic acid(PAA)prepared by GBL solvent has higher molecular weight and more regular arrangement when the molar ratio of 6FDA and TFMB is 1.02 because GBL solvent has higher density and boiling point than DMAc and NMP solvents.Due to the influence of fluorine structure and solvent,the yellow index of the prepared polyimide film is only 2.7,and the transmittance at 500 nm can reach about 90%.The glass transition temperature is more than 350℃,the thermal decomposition temperature is close to 500℃,and the tensile strength is 139.73 MPa,the elastic modulus is 1.72 GPa.
