摘  要:以麻栎木炭(MLB)为导电填料,聚3-羟基丁酸酯-co-3-羟基戊酸酯(PHBV)为基体,以稻壳制备的稻壳硅(RH-Si)为调控剂,通过熔融共混和注射成型技术,制备PHBV/MLB/RH-Si复合材料。采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、材料试验机、热重分析仪、高阻计和介电测试仪等分析RH-Si掺杂量对PHBV/MLB复合材料的界面结合能力、力学性能、热稳定性、导电性和介电性等影响。结果表明,适量RH-Si的加入提高了复合材料的热稳定性、弯曲性能和介电性。当RH-Si质量分数为10%时,复合材料的弯曲强度和弯曲模量最大,分别为32.95 MPa和3387.97 MPa。当RH-Si质量分数为2%时,复合材料的介电常数为422.76,相较于未加RH-Si的复合材料的介电常数(371.39)提高13.83%,较纯PHBV(4.58)提高91.36%,且此时的介电损耗最低,说明添加适量RH-Si可使导体填充聚合物基介电复合材料的介电性在高介电常数和低介电损耗之间取得平衡。Rice husk silicon(RH-Si)doped MLB/PHBV composites were prepared by melt blending and injection molding techniques using mahogany charcoal(MLB)as the conductive filler,poly-3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxy valerate(PHBV)as the matrix,and rice husk silicon prepared from rice husk as the modifier.The effects of different rice husk silicon doping amounts on the interfacial bonding properties,mechanical properties,thermal stability,electrical conductivity and dielectric properties of MLB/PHBV composites were analyzed by using swept surface electron microscopy,X-ray diffractometer,mechanical testing machine,thermogravimetric analyzer,high resistance meter and dielectric tester.The results show that the addition of the appropriate amount of RH-Si improve the thermal stability,mechanical properties and dielectric properties of the composites.When the content of RH-Si is 10%,the flexural strength and flexural modulus of the composites are the highest,which are 32.95 MPa and 3387.97 MPa,respectively.At 2%RH-Si content,the dielectric constant of the composite is 422.76 compared with that of the composite without RH-Si(371.39)by 13.83%and that of pure PHBV(4.58)by 91.36%,while the dielectric loss is the lowest at this time,indicating that the addition of appropriate amount of RH-Si can make a balance between high dielectric constant and low dielectric loss for conductor-filled polymer-based dielectric composites.
