摘　　要：在对摩托车灯罩结构分析基础上,基于Moldflow对塑件进行成型窗口分析,确定最佳模具温度及熔体温度,通过充填分析获得充填时间、最大注塑压力及锁模力等工艺参数,实现其优化及校核。采用UG/Mold Wizard设计塑件的不规则分型线、分型面以及成型零部件,进而加载模架的浇注系统、顶出机构、抽芯机构、冷却系统等机构。模具热流道系统主喷嘴和分喷嘴分别采用直接浇口及整体式导流梭针尖浇口,并对流道、浇口直径进行了详细计算。模具采用斜顶外侧抽芯机构实现卡扣部位的外侧脱模抽芯,并计算了抽芯距离及抽拔力。模具结构紧凑,模具关键分析过程及设计原理可为同类模具提供参考。Based on the structural analysis of motorcycle lampshade,optimum mold temperature and plastic melt temperature were determined by forming analysis with Moldflow,then filling time,injection pressure,maximum injection pressure and clamping force were gained and optimized by simulation filling analysis.The parting irregular outline and plane of plastic part could be designed,and gating system,ejector mechanism,core-pulling mechanism and cooling system in moldbase were loaded by means of UG/MoldWizard.The direct gate was selected in main nozzle and needle tip injector with integral diversion shuttle in sub nozzle for hot runner system,and its runner diameter and gate diameter were calculated in details.The outside demoulding and core-pulling of part buckle was finished by lifter mechanism in mold,and its core-pulling distance and force were calculated.The key mold analysis process and design principle can be reference for similar molds.
