摘  要:根据杯托的线条型杯口及把手的结构特点,设计一套带抽芯机构的一模两腔模具。为了保证杯托产品外观质量及解决带把手杯托的脱模问题,使用Moldflow软件对模具的浇注系统及冷却系统进行分析,使用UG软件对模具的分型面及滑块进行优化。经分析及优化,杯托模具采用冷流道点浇口侧进胶的浇注系统、内部喷水管外部随形水路的冷却系统,以及由大滑块组建成型芯的模具设计方案。试模结果表明,冷流道点浇口侧进胶的浇注系统能够避免产品外观面产生浇口痕迹,内部喷水管外部随形水路的冷却系统能够避免产品冷却不均而产生收缩缺陷,大滑块组建成型芯的滑块抽芯系统解决了杯托产品带把手结构脱模困难的问题。使用软件辅助工具分析及优化模具的设计方案,在整体上优化了杯托产品的模具结构,缩短了模具制造周期,产品满足大批量生产要求。According to the structural characteristics of the cup holder with handle and curvilinear lip,the mold with core pulling mechanism was designed in two cavities.In order to ensure the appearance quality of cup holder products and solve the demoulding problem of cup holder with handle products,the Moldflow software was used to analyze the gating system and cooling system of the mold,and UG software was used to optimize the parting surface and sliding block of the mold.Through analysis and optimization,the gating system filling at the side with cold runner and pin point gate,the cooling system with shaped channel outside and bubbler inside,and the core formed by large sliding block were applied in the mold design of a cup holder with handle and curvilinear lip.The result of trial mold shows that the gating system filling at the side with cold runner and pin point gate avoids the gate trace on the appearance surface of the product,the cooling system with shaped channel outside and bubbler inside avoids the shrinkage defects caused by uneven cooling of the product,and that the core formed by large sliding block solves the problem of demoulding the cup holder product with handle structure.The scheme of mold analysis and optimization using software aided tools can optimize the mold structure of the cup holder product on the whole,which shorten the mold manufacturing cycle and meet the requirements of mass production.
