摘  要:大口径复合管端部连接接头在高内压作用下可能出现接头拔脱现象,有必要针对内压作用下的复合管和端部接头进行失效分析。采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立复合管和扣压式接头的数值模型,通过UVERM子程序定义多种复合材料失效准则对复合管失效压力进行预测,并开展内压失效实验进行验证。结果表明,不同失效准则对爆破压力预测结果影响很大;扣压量是影响复合管接头结构强度的重要因素;复合管扣压式接头的结构强度符合设计要求,可为热塑性复合材料管的接头选配和工程应用提供参考。The end joint of large-diameter composite pipe may be pulled out under the action of high internal pressure,thus it is necessary to analyze the failure of composite pipe and end joint under the action of internal pressure.The finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish the numerical model of the composite pipe and the buckle joint.The failure pressure of the composite pipe was predicted by defining a variety of composite material failure criteria through the UVERM subroutine,and the internal pressure failure experiment was carried out for verification.The results show that different failure criteria have great influence on the prediction results of blasting pressure.The withholding amount is an important factor affecting the structural strength of the composite pipe joint.And the structural strength of the composite pipe pinch joint meets the design requirements,which provides reference for the joint selection and engineering application of thermoplastic composite pipe.
