摘 要:为探究共聚单元2,5-呋喃二甲酸(FDCA)对聚对苯二甲酸-2,5-呋喃二甲酸乙二醇共聚酯(PEFT)的等温结晶动力学和多重熔融行为的影响,首先,利用差示扫描量热(DSC)仪研究聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)和PEFT在固定降温和升温速率下的熔融结晶和冷结晶行为。其次,研究PET和PEFT在不同结晶温度下的等温熔融结晶和冷结晶动力学,采用Avrami方程和Arrhenius方程计算相应的动力学参数。最后,研究PET和PEFT熔融结晶后的多重熔融行为,计算平衡熔点。结果表明,FDCA共聚单元破坏了PET分子链的对称性和规整性,降低了PEFT的结晶温度和熔融温度;FDCA共聚单元含量和结晶温度是影响PEFT等温熔融结晶和冷结晶动力学的两大重要因素;PET和PEFT在熔融结晶后的多重熔融行为对结晶温度具有明显的依赖性,且平衡熔点随着共聚酯中FDCA含量的增加而减小。The effect of 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid(FDCA)copolymerization unit on isothermal crystallization kinetics and multiple melting behavior of poly(ethylene terephthalate-co-2,5-furandicarboxylate)copolyesters(PEFT)was studied.First,the melt crystallization and cold crystallization behavior of poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET)and PEFT were studied at a fixed cooling and heating rate with differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Second,the melt crystallization and cold crystallization kinetics of PET and PEFT isothermally crystallized at different crystallization temperatures were studied,and the corresponding kinetic parameters were calculated with the Avrami equation and the Arrhenius equation.Finally,the multiple melting behavior of PET and PEFT after melt crystallization was studied,and the equilibrium melting temperature was also calculated.The results show that the FDCA copolymerization unit destroys the symmetry and regularity of PET molecular chains and decreases crystallization temperature and melting temperature of PEFT.The content of FDCA copolymerization unit and crystallization temperature are two important factors influencing the isothermal melt crystallization and cold crystallization kinetics of PEFT.The multiple melting behavior of PET and PEFT after melt crystallization depends closely on crystallization temperature,and the equilibrium melting temperature decreases with the FDCA content increase in PEFT.
