摘 要:以山东东岳集团的DF-204和杜邦集团Teflon 605XT为原料,采用双向拉伸法制备了聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)微孔膜。利用扫描电镜、差示扫描量热仪、X射线衍射仪和透气度仪对两种原料制备的微孔膜的外观形貌、熔融与结晶行为和透气性能进行了对比。结果表明在实验条件下,两种PTFE微孔膜的结点/纤维形状、分布变化规律等相近。对比Teflon 605XT薄膜,DF-204薄膜在高拉伸倍率下的均匀性有待提高。在低拉伸倍率下,DF-204薄膜具有更快的单位厚度透气速率,高拉伸倍率下相反,这可能与605XT薄膜在高拉伸倍率下具有更优异的均匀性相关。上述实验结果证明DF-204可以用于制备拉伸微孔膜,但是在实际使用和生产中需要更为严苛的加工条件,如更高的加工温度等。PTFE microporous membranes were prepared by bidirectional tensile method using DF-204 from Shandong Dongyue Group and Teflon 605XT from DuPont Group as raw materials.The morphology,melting and crystallization behavior and permeability of the microporous films prepared were compared.It is confirmed that under experimental conditions,compared with Teflon 605XT film,DF-204 film has similar performance at low stretch rate,and the uniformity at high stretch rate needs to be improved.Compared with Teflon 605XT,the uniformity of DF-204 film at high tensile ratio needs to be improved.The DF-204 film has a faster permeability rate per thickness at low tensile rate,and the opposite at high tensile rate,which may be related to the better uniformity of 605XT film at high tensile rate.The above experimental results show that DF-204 can be used to prepare tensile microporous films,but more stringent processing conditions,such as higher processing temperature,are needed in actual use and production.
