表面改性剂链长对PE-HD/CaCO_(3)结晶动力学的影响

摘  要:采用正戊酸、癸酸、硬脂酸三种不同脂肪酸表面改性剂对纳米CaCO_(3)进行表面改性,制备高密度聚乙烯/CaCO_(3)(PE-HD/CaCO_(3))复合材料。利用差示扫描量热仪对复合材料进行非等温结晶动力学测试,考察改性剂链长对PE-HD/CaCO_(3)复合材料非等温结晶动力学的影响。将Jeziorny法和Mo法相结合分析复合材料的结晶动力学过程。Jeziorny法结果表明,随着结晶速率的增加,半结晶时间减小,结晶速率常数增加;随着改性剂链长的增加,复合材料的结晶速率常数先增大后减小。Mo法结果表明,随着相对结晶度的增加,所需的冷却速率[F(t)]增大;随着改性剂链长的增加,F(t)值先减小后增加。Avrami指数n、Mo指数a变化不大,表明成核和增长的方式不变。Jeziorny法和Mo法互相验证,结论相同。总之,与未改性CaCO_(3)复合材料相比,CaCO_(3)改性后,可使复合材料的结晶速率增加,但随着改性剂链长的增加,复合材料的结晶速率又有一定程度下降。PE-HD/CaCO_(3) composites were prepared by surface modification of Nano-CaCO_(3) with three aliphatic acid surface modifiers,including C4H9COOH,C9H19COOH and C17H35COOH.The influence of chain length for the surface modifiers on the non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of PE-HD/CaCO_(3) composites was investigated by differential scanning calorimeter.The crystallization kinetics of the composites was analyzed by combining Jeziorny method and Mo method.The results of Jeziorny method shows that the half-crystallization time declines and the crystallization rate constant increases with the increase of crystallization rate.With the increase of modifier’s chain length,the crystallization rate constant of the composites increases at first and then decreased.The Mo method shows that cooling rate[F(t)]increases with the increase of relative crystallinity.With the elongation of modifier’s chain length,F(t)value firstly decreases and then increases.In summary,the results show that the addition of surface modifiers increases the crystallization rate of the composites compared with the composites without surface modifiers.However,with the increase of the chain length for the surface modifiers,the crystallization rate of the composites decreases to a certain extent.
