摘 要:主要从聚乳酸的低成本制备、改性和复合及回收利用等整个产业链的各个环节系统介绍了低成本聚乳酸基生物降解复合材料的最新研究进展,简述了乳酸直接缩聚和丙交酯开环聚合的高质量、低成本聚合方法,同时简述了天然高分子材料、低成本无机填充材料对聚乳酸的改性以及聚乳酸功能化改性,回顾了聚乳酸基复合材料的物理回收、化学回收和生物回收的最新研究进展,最后总结了聚乳酸目前所面临的问题,并对聚乳酸基复合材料的应用及发展方向进行了展望。The latest research progress of low-cost polylactic acid based biodegradable composites from all links of the whole industrial chain,such as low-cost preparation,modification,compounding and recycling of polylactic acid,was systematically introduced.The high-quality and low-cost polymerization methods of direct polycondensation of lactic acid and ring opening polymerization of lactide,as well as the modification of polylactic acid by natural polymer materials and low-cost inorganic filler materials and the functional modification of polylactic acid were briefly described.The latest research progress of physical recovery,chemical recovery and biological recovery of polylactic acid based composites was reviewed.Finally,the problems faced by polylactic acid were summarized,and the application and development direction of polylactic acid based composites were prospected.
