摘  要:针对聚氨酯在紫外线照射下易老化黄变的问题,介绍了几种可以提高聚氨酯耐紫外性能的方法和改性添加剂,综述了提高聚氨酯耐紫外老化能力的研究进展。分析表明,通过调整合成聚氨酯的软硬段及比例、在聚氨酯中加入有机类添加剂、纳米功能填料及天然高分子等,聚氨酯的耐紫外性能被大大提高,在户外环境下其耐老化黄变能力显著增强。研究结果对推广聚氨酯在交通运输、航空航天等领域的应用,延长聚氨酯产品的使用寿命具有一定的实践意义。In response to the problem that polyurethane is easy to aging and yellowing under ultraviolet irradiation,several methods and modified additives that can improve the UV resistance of polyurethane were introduced,and the research progress of improving the UV aging resistance of polyurethane was summarized.The analysis shows that by adjusting the soft and hard segments and proportion of synthetic polyurethane,adding organic additives,nano functional fillers and natural polymers into polyurethane,the UV resistance of polyurethane is greatly improved,and its aging and yellowing resistance is significantly enhanced in outdoor environment.The research results have certain practical significance for popularizing the application of polyurethane in transportation,aerospace and other fields and prolonging the service life of polyurethane products.
