摘 要:文章在对房屋建筑工程常见渗漏类型进行分析后发现,渗漏现象的出现多与建筑材料、施工设计及施工质量等因素有关,指出提高房屋建筑工程质量应从这些因素出发,完善房屋找平、防水层与分隔线的设置等防渗漏施工技术。同时,施工前应做好准备工作,确保建筑材料质量达标,加强施工人员的培训与管控工作,根据不同区域内防渗漏要求合理选择施工技术。Based on the analysis of the common leakage types in housing construction projects, it is found that the occurrence of leakage is mostly related to factors such as building materials, construction design and construction quality. It is pointed out that improving the quality of housing construction projects should start from these factors, and improve the anti-leakage construction technology such as house leveling, waterproof layer and separation line setting. At the same time, preparations should be made before construction to ensure that the quality of building materials meets the standards, the training and management of construction personnel should be strengthened, and construction technology should be reasonably selected according to leakage prevention requirements in different regions.
