市域铁路预应力支架现浇道岔梁施工质量控制探讨——以温州市域铁路S1线工程为例

摘　　要：预应力支架现浇道岔梁施工是市域铁路施工重要环节,为进一步提高预应力现浇道岔梁使用的安全性及有效性,需要对该工程施工质量进行有效控制。文章将根据温州市域铁路S1线工程现场实际施工情况,对现浇道岔梁施工质量控制方式展开探讨。通过对施工关键节点的研究,确定相应的施工质量控制方式,旨在为市域铁路的高质量施工提供一些理论参考。The construction of cast-in-situ turnout beams with prestressed supports is an important part of municipal railway construction. In order to further improve the safety and effectiveness of the use of prestressed cast-insitu turnout beams, it is necessary to effectively control the construction quality of the project. According to the actual construction situation of Wenzhou municipal railway line S1project field, this paper discusses the construction quality control methods of cast-in-situ turnout beams. Through the study of the construction key nodes, the corresponding construction quality control methods are determined, aiming to provide some theoretical references for the high quality construction of municipal railways.
