摘　　要：在建筑工程造价管理活动中,工程造价咨询为重要的委托式的造价管理服务,其为建设项目提供全过程、动态的造价管理,满足全过程工程咨询发展要求。全过程工程造价咨询能够帮助建筑企业提高决策的科学性和设计方案的质量,实现对各工程建设环节项目支出的有效控制。文章在分析全过程工程造价咨询的特点及重点的基础上,具体分析全过程工程造价咨询的控制要点,并提出了全过程工程造价咨询的优化措施,以供相关工程造价咨询人员参考。In the construction project cost management activities, project cost consultation is an important entrusted cost management service, which provides the whole process and dynamic cost management for construction projects to meet the development requirements of the whole process engineering consultation. The whole process engineering cost consultation can help construction enterprises to improve the scientificity of decision-making and the quality of design scheme, and realize the effective control of project expenditure in each construction link. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and key points of the whole process engineering cost consultation, this paper analyzes the control points of the whole process engineering cost consultation in detail, and puts forward the optimization measures of the whole process engineering cost consultation for the reference of relevant engineering cost consultants.
