摘　　要：随着大众休闲旅游时代的到来,人口老龄化悄然来临,老年群体的休闲意识也在逐渐提升。文章以65岁以上的老年群体为研究对象,通过分析大众休闲旅游时代背景下老年群体当前休闲行为的现状,包括对休闲生活的看法以及在休闲动机方面的具体表现,得出老年群体的休闲动机有着因人而异、因地而异、因时而异、因境而异的结论,并且试图从价值观角度出发对其休闲动机进行引导。With the advent of the era of mass leisure tourism, the aging of the population is quietly approaching,and the leisure awareness of the elderly group is gradually improving. Taking the elderly group over 65 years old as the research object, this paper analyzes the current situation of leisure behavior of the elderly group under the background of mass leisure tourism, including their views on leisure life and the specific performance of leisure motivation. It is concluded that the leisure motivation of the elderly group varies from person to person, from place to place, from time to time, and from environment to environment. It tries to guide their leisure motivation from the perspective of values.
