摘  要:针对已有的知识距离没有考虑到知识之间认知差异与智能体自身的认知视角的关联性,本文基于相对认知原理提出了相对知识距离的概念,刻画了在条件知识下,任意两个知识之间转换认知的难度;证明了相对知识距离随着条件知识的粒度不断细化而具有一定的单调性,反映出人类多粒度渐进认知的特性;在实验中,对相对知识距离在谱系聚类中表现出的结构特性进行了可视化分析,并设计了基于相对知识距离的特征选择算法,对人类条件认知过程进行模拟与仿真,阐明了由于认知视角和认知路径的不同,相对知识距离在问题求解中呈现出增强、保持和减弱等不同的认知特征.The existing knowledge diatance ignore that the cognitive differences of a pair of knowledge should be related to the cognitive perspective of agent.This paper proposed the concept of relative knowledge distance based on the principle of relative cognition to embody the difficulty of transform cognition between two knowledge under the reference knowledge;and proved that the relative knowledge distance is monotonous with the refinement of reference knowledge granularity,which reflects the progressive characteristics of human multi-granularity cognition.In the experiment,the structural characteristics of relative knowledge distance in hierarchical clustering are visually analyzed,and the feature selection algorithm based on relative knowledge distance is designed to simulate the process of human conditional cognition,which clarified that due to different cognitive perspectives and cognitive paths,relative knowledge distance has shown different cognitive characteristics such as enhancement,maintenance and weakening in problem solving.
