摘 要:建立微波消解-原子吸收光谱法测定龙牙楤木中铅、镉、砷、汞的含量.采用微波消解法,配合石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定龙牙楤木中铅、镉含量,氢化物法测定砷含量,冷原子吸收法测定汞含量.方法线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.995;铅、镉、砷、汞4种元素检出限分别为:0.041、0.0048、0.033、0.021μg·L^(-1);精密度试验结果分别为1.9%、2.2%、2.8%、3.2%;平均回收率分别为98.5%、99.0%、99.4%、96.4%.龙牙楤木中4种重金属含量,因来源不同存在差异,其中采自黑龙江省伊春市龙牙楤木铅含量高于其他产地,采自辽宁省沈阳市龙牙楤木汞含量高于其他产地.经方法学验证,该法适合龙牙楤木重金属含量测定,为龙牙楤木重金属限度质量标准提供参考.The contents of lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd),arsenic(As)and Mercury(Hg)in Aralia elata(Miq.)Seem were determined by microwave digestion method and atomic absorption spectrometry.The samples were prepared by microwave digestion method.Then the contents of Pb and Cd in Aralia elata(Miq.)Seem were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.The contents of As in Aralia elata(Miq.)Seem were determined by Hydride atomic absorption method and the contents of Hg in Aralia elata(Miq.)Seem were determined by Cold vapor atomic absorption method.The linear relationship of the methods was good,the correlation coefficient r>0.995;The detection limit of Pb,Cd,As and Hg were 0.041μg/L,0.0048μg/L,0.033μg/L and 0.021μg/L,respectively;The precision test results were 1.9%,2.2%,2.8%and 3.2%,respectively;The average recoveries were 98.5%,99.0%,99.4%and 96.4%,respectively.The contents of four heavy metals in Aralia elata(Miq.)Seem from different habitats were different,the Pb content of Aralia elata(Miq.)Seem from Yichun City,Heilongjiang Province was higher than that of others,the Hg content of Aralia elata(Miq.)Seem from Shenyang city,Liaoning Province was higher than that of others.The method proved to be suitable for determination of heavy metals in Aralia elata(Miq.)Seem.It provided reference for the heavy metal limit quality standard of Aralia elata(Miq.)Seem.
