摘　　要：心理防控是立体化治安防控体系的重要防控维度,加强心理防控建设有利于完善治安防控立体化,对于维护公众安全感、预防犯罪具有不可替代的作用。研究表明目前社会治安防控体系视角下的心理防控存在防控维度缺失、防控手段有限、基层治安主体防控能力不足以及防控信息未有效共享的问题。未来应基于心理防控的基本属性,通过构建心理防控网,完善心理防控制度,加强心理健康宣传工作,发展智能化心理防控等举措加强心理防控建设。Psychological prevention and control is an important dimension of the three-dimensional security prevention and control system.Strengthening the construction of psychological prevention and control is conducive to improving the three-dimensional security prevention and control,which has an irreplaceable role in maintaining public security and preventing crime.Research shows that the current psychological prevention and control perspective of the social security prevention and control system has problems,such as missing the prevention and control dimensions,limited prevention and control means,insufficient prevention and control ability of grassroots security subjects and ineffective sharing of prevention and control information.In the future,based on the basic attributes of psychological prevention and control,we should strengthen the construction of psychological prevention and control by constructing a psychological prevention and control network,improving the psychological prevention and control system,strengthening mental health publicity work,and developing intelligent psychological prevention and control.
