摘 要:由于地形与成本制约,陕北油田X联合站接收多层系来液,不同层位地层水不相配伍导致联合站内出现管线结垢严重、阻垢困难、成本攀升等一系列问题,严重影响联合站的正常运转。通过对采出水和结垢产物进行组成分析,进一步通过配伍性实验明确不同层位采出水配伍性、结垢物成分和结垢量,研究给出了一种化学阻垢与模拟计算定点机械清垢相结合的复合式清垢工艺,有针对性地解决了现场混层集输的实际问题。结果表明:不同层位采出液中CO^(2-)_(3)、SO^(2-)_(4)、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Ba^(2+)、Sr^(2+)成垢离子含量均较高,延8、延10层位与长2、长6层位地层不配伍并具有较强的结垢趋势;100 mg/L的YS-1阻垢剂可有效改变晶体结构,使其不易黏附在管壁上;通过Fluent软件模拟计算选择X联合站流速最慢、结垢物最易沉积管段安装清管器将松散的垢进行定期清除,解决了由于多层位采出液集输管线相遇的严重结垢而产生的频繁堵塞问题,在低成本、高效开发中老油田具有广阔的应用前景。Due to topography and cost constraints,the X union station of Shaanbei Oilfield receives multi-layer fluids,and the incompatibility of formation water in different layers has caused serious scaling of pipelines in the union station,difficulty in scale inhibition,and rising costs,which seriously affect the normal operation of the union station.The water quality of the produced water and the composition analysis of the scale samples were analyzed,and the compatibility of the produced water at different layers and the composition of the scales were further clarifies.A compound scale removal process combining chemical scale inhibition and simulation calculation fixed-point mechanical scale removal was studied and given,which solves the practical problems of on-site mixed layer gathering and transportation.The results show that the CO^(2-)_(3)、SO^(2-)_(4)、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Ba^(2+)、Sr^(2+) fouling ion content in the produced fluids of different layers are high,and the layers of Yan 8 and Yan 10 are not compatible with the layers of Chang 2 and Chang 6.There is a strong tendency to fouling.The 100 mg/L YS-1 scale inhibitor can effectively change the crystal structure and make it difficult to stick to the pipe wall.Through the simulation calculation of Fluent software,the pipeline section with the slowest flow rate and the easiest deposition of scale in X combined station was selected to install a pig to remove the loose scale regularly,which solves the problem of frequent blockage caused by the serious scaling of multi-layer produced liquid gathering and transmission pipelines.It has a broad application prospect in low-cost and efficient development and old oilfields.
