摘  要:本文以某卷烟厂供水管道漏水现象为模型,选取一天用水最稳定的时段的用水量最大值为基准值,利用PLC设计控制程序统计每天的用水量与基准值进行对比,当发生漏水时监控系统会显示“管网漏水,请检修!”。此检测系统实施后有效的减少了漏水发现时间,有效减少水资源浪费,保证水压稳定。This paper takes the leakage phenomenon of water supply pipes of a cigarette factory as the model,selects the maximum water consumption in the most stable period of one day as the reference value,uses the PLC design control program to compare the daily water consumption with the reference value,and monitors the system when water leakage occurs It will display"The pipe network is leaking,please overhaul!".After the detection system is implemented,it effectively reduces the time of water leakage discovery,effectively reduces the waste of water resources,and ensures the stability of water pressure.
